1. Agreement to these Terms

By accessing or using this website and placing an order with LakdiTel Ghana, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site.

2. Definitions

  • “Customer”, “you”, “your” — the person who places an order on the website.
  • “Products” — edible oils and related goods sold on the site.
  • “Order” — a confirmed purchase placed via the site or WhatsApp order flow.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to place an order. By ordering, you confirm you meet these requirements.

4. Orders & Acceptance

  • Orders placed on the website or sent via our official WhatsApp number are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or problems identified by our payment processor.
  • An order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance. A contract is formed once we dispatch the product and send a shipping/dispatch confirmation.

5. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated and exclude shipping charges unless a free-shipping promotion applies.
  • Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice. Confirmed orders will be charged at the price shown at checkout.
  • We accept payments via the payment methods shown at checkout (UPI, debit/credit cards, bank transfer). Payment processing is handled by trusted third-party providers — LakdiTel does not store full card details.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, additional COD charges may apply.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to addresses within India using courier partners. Standard delivery times are 3–7 working days (may be longer for remote areas).
  • Shipping charges and estimated delivery dates are displayed at checkout. Free shipping promotions (e.g., orders above ₹300) apply where stated.
  • We are not liable for delivery delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, public holidays or force majeure events. If an item is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, contact us immediately at tusharbhosale2804@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 788 766 6590.

7. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us. Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted; please follow our returns process after delivery.
  • Returns for damaged, defective or incorrect items are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened (except as required for inspection) and in original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, contact us via email (tusharbhosale2804@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (+91 788 766 6590) with order details and photos. We will instruct on returns pickup or drop-off.
  • Refunds (if approved) are processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. For COD payments, refunds may be made via bank transfer or UPI.
  • We may refuse a return or refund if the item is used, opened, or the claim lacks sufficient proof.

8. Product Information & Allergens

  • We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images and nutritional information. However, some variation between batches may occur.
  • Groundnut (peanut) oil contains allergens. If you have food allergies, read product labels carefully and contact us for clarification before ordering.

9. Availability & Substitutions

  • If an ordered product is unavailable, we will contact you with alternatives or offer cancellation and refund.
  • We may substitute products with equivalent items of equal or greater value only with your consent.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, images, logos, designs and code) is the property of LakdiTel Ghana or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or exploit our content without prior written permission.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the site, post unlawful content, attempt to access restricted areas, or do anything that may interfere with the site’s operation or security.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LakdiTel Ghana and its affiliates, officers, employees and partners shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages;
  • Loss of profits, revenue or business;
  • Any loss or damage resulting from use of the site, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a product sold on the site is limited to the purchase price paid for that product.
