What does "cold-pressed" mean?
Cold-pressed means the oil is extracted mechanically without using heat or chemical solvents. This preserves natural nutrients, aroma and flavor better than refined methods.
Are LakdiTel oils chemical-free?
Yes. Our oils are 100% cold-pressed using mechanical extraction — no solvents, no bleaching, and no chemical refining.
How should I store the oil?
Keep bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal the cap tightly after each use. For best quality, use within 6 months after opening.
What is the shelf-life?
Our bottled oils carry a best-before date — typically 18 months from bottling. Once opened, we recommend consuming within 6 months for optimal freshness.
Are your products allergen-safe (peanut)?
Groundnut (peanut) oil contains peanut allergens and should be avoided by those with peanut allergies. Our other oils (sunflower, safflower) are processed separately, but check label and contact support if you have severe allergies.
Do you have certifications or lab reports?
Yes. We perform ISO-aligned quality checks and third-party lab tests. Organic certification is displayed on each bottle. Lab reports can be shared for bulk orders on request.
What are your shipping & delivery options?
We ship nationwide via our logistics partners. Free shipping is available for orders above ₹300 (promo dependent). Delivery times vary by location and are shown at checkout.
What is your return & refund policy?
We accept returns of unopened bottles within 7 days. If the product is damaged on arrival, contact support with photos and order details — we will arrange replacement or refund after verification.
Can I place bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes — we offer bulk pricing and bottle-return programs for wholesale customers. Contact our sales team via WhatsApp or the wholesale form to get a quote and lead time.
Which oil is best for high-heat frying?
Safflower and sunflower oil have good smoke points and are suitable for high-heat cooking. Groundnut oil is also stable for deep frying and gives a traditional nutty flavor.

होय. आमची सर्वे तेले 100% कोल्ड-प्रेस्ड आहेत — कोणतेही सॉल्व्हेंट, ब्लीचिंग किंवा रासायनिक रिफायनिंग नाही.
तेल कसे साठवावे?
बॉटल थंड, कोरड्या ठिकाणी आणि थेट उन्हापासून दूर ठेवा. वापरानंतर डाव्या/बोतलचे झाकण घट्ट बंद करा. उघडल्यानंतर 6 महिन्यांमध्ये वापरणे उत्तम.
शेल्फ-लाइफ किती आहे?
आमच्या बाटलींवर बेस्ट-बिफोर तारीख असते — सामान्यतः बाटली भरल्यापासून 18 महिने. उघडल्यानंतर 6 महिन्यात वापरणे शिफारसीय आहे.
अलर्जीसाठी की माहिती (शेंगदाणा)?
ग्राऊंडनट (शेंगदाणा) तेलात शेंगदाणा अलर्जीन असू शकतात; शेंगदाणा अलर्जी असलेल्या लोकांनी ते टाळावे. सूर्यफुल व सॅफलॉवर तेल वेगळ्या प्रक्रियेत तयार करतो, तरीही गंभीर अलर्जी असल्यास लेबल तपासा व सपोर्टशी संपर्क करा.
तुमच्याकडे प्रमाणपत्र/लॅब रिपोर्ट आहेत का?
होय. आम्ही ISO शी सुसंगत गुणवत्ता तपासणी आणि तृतीय-पक्ष लॅब चाचण्या करतो. ऑर्गेनिक प्रमाणपत्र प्रत्येक बाटलीवर दिसते. मोठ्या ऑर्डरसाठी लॅब रिपोर्ट देऊ शकतो.
